These terms describe use of the Oakwood Marketing website and summarize our services. A proposal, order form, or signed service agreement may provide the specific scope, billing details, and other terms for your engagement.

1. Using this website

Provide accurate information and use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to access other people’s information, interfere with the website, or submit spam. Completing a survey or requesting a meeting does not enroll you in a paid service.

2. Marketing services and pricing

Organic Growth is advertised at $297/month. Paid advertising management is advertised at 15% of ad spend, with the advertising budget paid separately. The Organic Growth plan includes message marketing for repeat jobs and referrals. Your agreed scope identifies the included work, supported platforms, billing arrangements, and any additional charges. No paid service begins solely because you complete our website form.

3. Website ownership and hosting

You always own your website. If you cancel marketing services, you can continue website hosting with Oakwood for $17/month, or request your site files to host the website yourself with another provider. Third-party accounts, software, fonts, and licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

4. Profit guarantee

Make at least 2× what you pay Oakwood in pure profit from our services, or get your month completely free. Before enrollment, we will document how attributable profit and relevant service fees are measured and how to request a free month. This profit promise does not guarantee a particular search ranking or a fixed number of leads.

5. Client participation

You provide accurate business information, access to the accounts needed for the agreed work, and the rights to use any content you supply. You remain responsible for your business operations, pricing, customer service, and approval of materials when approval is requested.

6. Billing and cancellation

The Organic Growth offer has no long-term contract. Billing dates, cancellation procedures, third-party costs, and any additional service terms will be explained before enrollment. Cancelling marketing services does not automatically transfer your website or close third-party accounts; tell us which hosting option you prefer.

7. Third-party platforms and availability

Google, social platforms, advertising networks, hosting providers, and video or calendar tools operate independently of Oakwood. Their policies, features, and availability may change. We do not control their decisions, outages, or account restrictions.

8. Website information

We work to keep website information current and accurate. Examples and placeholders are not verified customer results. Except for our expressly stated guarantee, marketing results vary with factors such as competition, demand, budget, and your business’s operations.

9. Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how this website handles information. We may update these website terms by posting a revised effective date. Changes to an existing service agreement are handled under that agreement.
