Our Get Started survey requests your first name, email address, business type, time in business, and approximate monthly revenue range. Completed surveys are stored so Oakwood can review and respond to your inquiry. Do not submit sensitive personal or payment information through the survey.

2. How we use it

• Operate, maintain, and protect the website.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

The form requests a business conversation. It does not collect a phone number or sign you up for SMS marketing.

3. Service providers

Website hosting and storage providers process information needed to run the site. The current site uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Providers may process technical information, including network and request data, for delivery, reliability, and security. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights.

4. Cookies, analytics, and embeds

The site uses locally hosted fonts and images, and Wistia to display embedded videos. When an embedded player loads or you watch a video, Wistia may process technical information and viewing activity, including device and browser information, IP addresses, and cookies, depending on the player settings. See Wistia’s Privacy Policy for details. The Google review section uses a review widget hosted at link.oakwood.marketing. Loading the widget connects your browser to that service, which may receive technical request information and use cookies according to its settings. We have not added separate advertising pixels to this version. The hosting platform may use necessary cookies for access or authentication. The booking calendar is embedded from link.oakwood.marketing. When you load it or book a meeting, the scheduling service receives technical request information and the details you enter to arrange your meeting.

5. Storage and security

Survey responses are stored in the site’s database and are not displayed publicly. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to this information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained as needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, and meet legal obligations.

6. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit the survey. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping. Contact your existing Oakwood representative or use the contact details in your proposal or service agreement. If you are not a client, you can request a conversation using the Get Started form and raise your privacy request with Oakwood. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

7. External sites and children

Other websites and services have their own privacy practices. This website is intended for adult business owners and is not directed to children under 13.

8. Policy updates

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
